Our Head Hunting Team works closely with the top management of our client to execute their requirements, considering their confidentiality and sensitivity of their work. We do a proper discussion with our client’s business team and HR to understand the position and its objectives clearly, followed by making a list of candidates who are fit for the position, check their market reputation and then we proceed further.
